<p> We are specialized as expert attorney in employment law („Fachanwalt für Arbeitsrecht“). This additional qualification is granted by the Chamber of Attorneys showing the professional expertise and in-depth experience in counselling and representations in employment law matters. In addition we also have “in-depth business know how” through many years in managing positions in Legal and HR at Compaq Computer and Hewlett-Packard (EMEA Legal Counsel, General Counsel Germany, HR Director and Geschäftsführer). Our clients are small and mid size companies, officers and managing directors, employees and works councils. Many clients are in the IT-industry. We counsel clients and represent them in negotiations or in court. We counsel in individual employment law as well as in collective employment matters.
